I found this true account of a terrifying experience to be amazing, but I gave it only 3 starts because it is not well written. The kindle version is in need of some major editing. That said, I found Michelle's stubbornness and self-reliance to be very aggravating. It was amazing to see God work in the situation and change her hard heart. He showed her mercy and grace and got her full attention! Rachelle, her mother, needed to share more in the beginning about her cries to God (prayer) while trying to get search parties sent out to find her daughter. A bit more information about David, whom they met at the island resort, was also needed to make him more believable.

A thrilling story. I was amazed at how she coped when she realised her predicament. It did underline for me the need for timeous counselling with asensitive person or persons to help the person release all the bottled up emotions an event like this can produce. Looking back on the story I also see the merciful intervention of God when her life was almost gone. God is never late...

Would have gladly given it more stars if I could. How many stars are in a tropical night? A stunning testimony to God's miracles and his care. Just read it and you will understand how great is our God. Reads like fiction, but all verifiable and true.

This is the very best book I have ever read. Please get a copy today. She takes you with her on this trip.

I much prefer true life adventures rather than make believe. This is the true account of a young woman lost at sea who encountered the advice and intervention of God to survive. The book sometimes uses overly descriptive language for my taste, however the story line amongst that is gripping.

Incredible story of survival on the open sea. Michelle survived with the help from God, there is no doubt about it. It would be the only way she could have survived the ravaging sea. Wonderful read . Really amazing she survived and lived to tell her story.

I liked the story once I got through it but the action was so slow that I skipped ahead to the last quarter OF The book because I was getting frustrated with the slow pace.

Very exciting and well written. Couldn't put it down. Truly a miraculous story that really built my faith. Highly Recommend!
